The presentation focused on ALICIA\u2019s human-centric approach to circularity in production equipment, particularly the challenges associated with identifying required skills for working with second-hand machinery and the development of a dedicated training kit to support upskilling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During a session chaired by Vittorio Solina, the ALICIA team engaged in productive exchanges with other EU-funded initiatives, including openZDM, MINE.IO, R3PACK \u2013 Reduce, Reuse, Rethink PACKaging, and Pav-Analytics. The session highlighted shared challenges and opportunities across projects working toward sustainable and intelligent manufacturing systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c07ba475781f28ab5979de381303eb8e\">The consortium thanks the ISM conference organizers for the opportunity to share ALICIA\u2019s vision and collaborate with fellow projects.
